Refund Policy

1. Overview

Mental Fortitude sells annual per-seat subscriptions to organizations through Stripe. This Refund Policy explains eligibility, timelines, and how to request a refund or billing adjustment.

2. Annual subscription terms

Subscriptions are billed annually at $25 USD per user seat unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due at the start of each subscription term. Access continues for the full annual period unless the subscription is canceled according to these terms.

3. Refund eligibility window

New organization subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided the organization has not substantially deployed the platform (defined as more than 25% of purchased seats having completed at least one assessment). Refund requests outside this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Seat reductions and pro-rata refunds

If your organization reduces the number of active seats mid-term, we may issue a pro-rata credit or refund for unused seats at our discretion. Credits are applied to future invoices where possible. Seat additions are billed pro-rata for the remainder of the current annual term.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or billing adjustment:

  1. Email support@mentalfortitude.com from your organization owner's registered email address.
  2. Include your organization name, subscription date, and reason for the request.
  3. Our billing team will respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@mentalfortitude.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

7. Non-refundable items

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals after the 14-day eligibility window, except where required by applicable law. Partial refunds for unused time after voluntary cancellation are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
